Snob

This is a snobby snobby rich guy.  You can tell because of the tuxedo vest and monocle. I think he looks like a jerk who would buy out your company then fire everyone and laugh about it because he's so rich.

Also I see now that I made a mistake and made his waddle black but let's just justify that by saying he dyed it.

    or you could just say it's his goatee! all prominent business figures have snobbish looking facial hair.
