A mirror match between two chickens. Your trust-worthy friend made a light attack, but the far chicken immediately counter attacked with a vast expenditure of magical power. Now, I know what you're thinking. What's with the bridge over the black abyss. And to that I say I certainly don't want to be NOT on the bridge.

    That's logic right there. Isn't it more dramatic if the penalty for failure is not only death, but death almost in anonymity, with no remains to remember you by, no loss-of-vital-signs anywhere nearby? It's pretty poetic.
