Violet Figure

There are a number of purples here but I'm not sure any of them are actually violet. These are a bit too vibrant compared to a violet. And certainly not my preferred lavender or lilac. Disregarding that the word violet is striking so it's the title.

Killing Blow

A terrifying snake in the darkness preparing to strike, devouring the wandering fowl. But the chicken struck the deadly first blow. It would be the one to eat well tonight.

This more abstract artistic rendition over the normal style or something realistic suits the piece.

Passionate Scribble

This passion filled piece of art lacks clean linework. It lacks smooth coloration or shading. It lacks clear form. This piece is missing a lot of things and it's honestly a scribble. One that took far longer than I'd like to admit to bring together, but it's filled with the burning passion that is... ChickenMaker.Net

Like Ink Through a Scribble

In this piece the artist chose to disregard their clean conventional style in favor of a more haphazard display. The incomplete and indistinct outline leaves a lot to the imagination, which is guided by the scrawled coloration. While the basic elements of the figure are all present they are not fully developed leaving a somewhat abstract space in the picture.

I always feel like this site is doing better when I draw with some different style.

Chicken Abstract Hot Duel

In this follow-up piece to the Chicken Abstract Cold Duel I chose to utilize sharper angles and more forceful transitions to create a distinct image while at the same time retaining the style of the previous piece. Where the colors went around the chicken in the previous piece in this one they at one point overlap.

Chicken Abstract Cold Duel

In this piece I chose to focus on colors rather than technical precision or forceful motions. By abandoning such pretenses I was able to develop a piece with a unique feel. Utilizing cool colors, from the green to violet part of the color spectrum, I show a lovely gentleness that stands apart from the dark background.

Strong Lines

When you're not making any progress you need to break through with unwavering confidence even if it's not the best you've done. You need to toss aside your doubts and show the world what you're made of!

So... um... What I mean is... well... This is my... my new piece... It's... really good... really... *blush*

Never Old

A four color design never gets old. And if it's these 4 colors these are usually the ones I pick. Really this design could be used with any sort of pattern. It's only 4 chickens because well, that's this site.

Infinite

You may think I haven't drawn a chicken yet this month, but that's because I've drawn this infinite chicken in the last ten minutes. Alright, it's all a lie. I haven't done anything for this site in the last week.

Scraggle

A small scraggly group of chickens swooshes around in the endless void known as art. In this piece we see a reflection of the manic state of the artist's mind. What's happening to him? Will we ever know? I don't think anything happened to me. Maybe this is a misinterpretation.

Rectangles

This is a picture made entirely of Rectangles.Except, of course, that it isn't. It's definitely all quadrilaterals though.

How many chickens

How many chickens do you see. I did four on purpose and two more just kinda showed up.
Been a while since I did any straight pencil and paper stuff so I hope you like it.

Not A Square

This guy is hip and young. He's not some loser. He's not square. He has lots of rectangles, and triangles and what have you.

Drawing

This piece is called "Drawing" because it is one.

Round Abouts

Well, I was feeling a bit lazy, but this is round abouts what a chicken looks like. You know. It more or less hits all the key points:
  • Chicken colored
  • Yellow-ish Orange Beak
  • Two Feet
  • Red things over and under the beak
  • Being on this website
  • Curves
  • Wings
  • etc.
And that's what REALLY matters.

Blob

This one right here. This guy's like the Jabba the Hutt of chickens. I was showing a friend mtPaint and well, since I was demonstrating I just went ahead and drew a chicken. Well... it became a chicken at the end anyways. So, this is a Blob of chickens. Though he has a mouth so he probably doesn't just cover things in himself and digest them like that.

8-Point Star

Well first. I drew the black overlaying star type pattern. Then I looked at my buddy and we had a short conversation.

Me: Hey, how can I make this a chicken?
Him: I, uh, don't think you can.
Me: I'll show you!

And that's how this chicken came to be.

Straight Away

>A chicken constructed of many straight lines.
>But really what is a curve but an innumerable number of straight lines.
>And on a computer you can almost certainly number them.
>It would just be a bit high, wouldn't it?
>Well, for this one there's just 22, which isn't that many at all.
>I suppose thats really all there is to it.
>At least he's a happy guy

Within Loops

Within the glowing green loops of cyberspace a chicken exists. The never-ending spin. The Chicken does not hide. He shows himself, and challenges you.

No waddle by the by.

Gritty Abstractness

Gritty Abstractness brings forth a clear impression of a chicken, but is too far away from a clear form to truly be called as stylized presentation of such. As such it is best to think of it as being an abstract image. The heavily shaded thick black and white form leaves a strong contrast in the image and the sharp angles bring out a distinct feeling.
