And now, finally, after all the time it took. HERO is complete, never to return. I think I had some good ideas, but the execution wasn't that great. And I forgot whatever plot I had planned for things more than once. If you've been watching sorry for the wait, and if you haven't you should take a look at the rest of the series.

I'm sorry. This issue took nearly nine months to come out. The next, and final, issue will be posted in a more timely manner. Enjoy the battle between the Rookie and the King.

Here I revisit an old character of mine. His name is Duckington and I've mentioned him once before on this blog. Anyways he was the boss of a big company and kept firing people for no apparent reason.
The original had a transcript that went as follows:
"I've got those files you asked for."
"QUACK!"
"What do you mean I'm fired?"
Anyways the chicken boss lady is much nicer. You see. He got promoted instead of fired for his minor insignificant work.

Okay. Here is the next part of Hero. I'm sorry to say that it doesn't really focus on our ball-like protagonist though. It instead serves to give us some insight on some of the other characters. And by insight I mean I wanted to draw the fight between the Wizard and The Cowboy. I also included another one of those profile type pages.
Next part will be out when it is. Ain't getting cocky this time.

Sorry this third part took so long. I had to relearn how to draw the characters. For previous issues see the Project Page.
Will the Rookie and Hero manage to defeat the Witch and her Winged Eye, Wai? Will the Fool survive? What does the Cowboy look like? What's Hero's cool finishing move? Find out all these and more in this issue of HERO!
And, while I feel a bit cocky... Expect the next issue before the end of the month! After all. We're reaching the good part!

Hero Black/White

Well, I've refined the character design for my comic character. A bit simplified. Yeah, I know I gave him some funny looking feet, but they're easy to do consistently. Also, the comic'll be in black and white(and grays). It looks nice and it's easier to make nice looking Black and White than to make nice looking color. You have to do a lot of shading work to improve the style of color. Color covers though. And my plan is to release this in chapters instead of pages like most web comics do. So, I need an opinion. Should I do all of the thumbnails going down the page or should I do a list of links or should I do something fancier? I'm not sure how that last one works but you know.
Also I killed the link within somehow, but whatever that thing was kinda stupid anyways.
